We’re a community of workers from HealthRIGHT 360 who joined together to form a union to improve services and care for clients.
We know the power of unity and partnerships better than most. It’s with the support of community and one another that we can do the best for ourselves, our clients, and our families.
Together, we're seeking to reduce high turnover rates, address workload issues, ensure transparency, and raise wages. Joining together to improve conditions at HealthRIGHT 360 is an effort out of love for the important and life-changing work we do through its programs.
